Cancellations

Product Orders Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please reach out to our support email as soon as possible.

After you've received your order, you have 30 days to address any quality issues.


Damaged / Quality Issues

For the fastest resolution, please include the following when contacting us:

  • A photograph demonstrating the quality issue or damaged area
  • Photo taken on a flat surface with good lighting
  • Tag and error clearly visible in the photo
  • Your order number included in the message

This quick and simple step will help us provide a speedy resolution.


Refund Policy

We cannot issue refunds, returns, or exchanges except for those with quality issues. Orders are non-refundable unless they meet these requirements and you provide support with a photograph demonstrating the quality issue.

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refunds will appear in your bank account within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method
